* At a typical party some or all of the teens and tweens will request a sculpture. They should be included in the balloon head count. Infants and toddlers count too, as the chaperone gets a balloon to hold, while the baby gets a plastic toy, a so-called "unpoppable" balloon that is safe for them to hold. After all, no parent or grandparent wants their little pride and joy left out.
