I agree that all work by Abby will be under climate-controlled conditions inside a home or other building.
The $125 retainer is a booking fee which is nonrefundable. If I cancel, Abby keeps the retainer and forgives the balance.
As the customer, I may reschedule and apply the nonrefundable retainer to a different date. If no date is mutually convenient for rescheduling, it is a cancellation.
My balance (total minus retainer) must be paid at the time of the performance via check, cash, Mastercard, Visa or Discover.
The customer takes full responsibility for safety and supervising children, and an adult other than Abby will be present at all times for this purpose.
If I let Abby videotape the performance, then I irrevocably assign and transfer to her all rights to the videotape, which Abby may use for promotional purposes.
Other entertainment vendors (singers, DJs, face painters, arts and crafts, etc.) will not perform during Abby's show in the same room. They may perform in the same room during the balloon twisting.
